Groundhopper Soccer Guides and Travel Agents

Travel agents: Wondering how to book soccer tickets for your clients’ UK and European vacations? You found the right place.

Groundhopper Soccer Guides have officially kicked off our Travel Agent Partner program! In a nutshell, we’re offering a one-stop-shop for UK and European soccer tickets plus an enticing 10% commission at the time of purchase. Here’s the scoop on how it all works.

Why Work with Groundhopper Guides?

We combine several things that we know will work for travel agents, just like it has worked for all of our clients since 2017 (read our Google reviews to confirm this).

  • 100% legitimate soccer tickets to more than 40 clubs all over the UK and Europe, from several authorized resellers: we make this complicated process simple.
  • Expert guidance and follow-up: With personal experience at nearly 250 games, our team is ready to assist with any questions, including which games would be best.
  • Fast, friendly customer service for you and your clients.
  • A personal guide can be made available to your clients in the form of our owner and founder, Paul Gerald.

Why add soccer to a European vacation? Because we think soccer is a defining feature of an authentic local culture. If you want to connect with people on the street and what they are talking about, anywhere in the world, learn something about the local football club. Better yet: go to a game!

Besides, many of your clients are already interested from watching on television, and it may not have occurred to them they can actually go!

Step 1: Request a Quote for Your Clients’ Game(s)

We kick off the process by providing a tailored quote for the game(s) your clients are eyeing, following our seamless quoting process and drawing from several authorized resellers. The quoted price is guaranteed for two days, even if our price changes during that time.

Unsure where they want to go? Just ask! We know all about it, and we are happy to make recommendations. Trip consulting is one of our regular services.

Step 2: Make Your Request

Once your clients make their selection, we’ll send out an invoice to you or directly to them – whatever suits your preferences. One that invoice is paid, we will lock down the tickets and inform everyone it’s done.

Step 3: Invoice Us

Following the invoice payment, you’re invited to invoice us for 10% of the total purchase amount. We can pay by PayPal, Wise, wire transfer, Zelle, or really whatever works for you. We are based in the US, as is our bank account.

Step 4: We Work With Your Client Until Game Day

Starting with invoice payment, your client is in our capable hands, and we will keep you in the loop with a series of communications about the game and ticket details, right up until the day of the game.

This includes advice on how to get to the stadium, where to go for a pre-game pint, what else to do in town, and much more.

As an added bonus, your clients will receive a complimentary one-year membership to our website. This grants them access to our comprehensive guidebook and all the paid content on our website.

Where Are Our Partner Clubs?

Wondering how soccer can overlap with your clients’ European travel plans? Here is a not-complete list of cities where we offer tickets:

London, Manchester, Glasgow, Paris, Lyon, Marseilles, Monaco, Munich, Dortmund, Rome, Naples, Milan, Torino, Porto, Lisbon, Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Bilbao and San Sebastián.

Peruse the menu at the left for the whole list of clubs.

How Much Do Soccer Tickets Cost?

Average ticket price is around $450. Some are simply seats, but many include lounge access, food and drinks, stadium tours, etc.

When are the games?

Generally speaking, the European soccer season runs from August to May.
