When traveling, catching a football game can be a great way to meet some locals while also experiencing some fantastic sporting culture.

When our client Jason first came to us he was looking for a place that would allow him and his family to experience some local culture while also enjoying a great game.  Jason explained he and his family wanted to get a bit off of the beaten path and experience some less touristy things. He knew football was a huge part of the culture in England and wanted to experience it firsthand with his family, but didn’t know where to start.

Our team at Groundhopper thought Millwall would be a great match for them, as it provides a great authentic football experience that is outside of the bigger Premier League clubs in London. And we sell Millwall tickets!

It turned out Millwall was a great choice for Jason and his family; they had an incredible experience meeting locals, sharing some conversations, eating fish and chips, and having a few pints — plus they saw an exciting game against Bristol City! They’ve now all become Millwall fans after their exciting and memorable experience visiting The Den.
