Salford City plays in the recently renovated Peninsula stadium, located in the greater Manchester area. They are a well-established League Two team and have one of the more interesting ownership groups that you will come across in European football, including names like Nicky Butt, Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville, Phil Neville, Paul Scholes, and David Beckham — all former stars at Manchester United, if you didn’t know.
